The Tesscat

Yay! We finished painting the bedroom today. It's a lovely 'vintage closet' red, not as dark as we'd feared and warmer than we'd hoped. There are some touch-up spots we'll need to fix this week but that's to be expected considering this is our first painting job. Next up: the bathroom (cue scary music... oooooh).

Our bedroom has been primed and already looks much nicer, even though it smells toxic and there are splotches of darker areas where the primer didn't take. I'm hoping we won't notice once the red walls are up. Dad doesn't approve of our color choice, but that's ok: I was never a fan of my parent's bedroom colors.
